Specifications
We will use a wriiten contract which meets all Massachusetts Home Improvment Contractor Laws ( MGL chapter 142A ) and other consumer protection laws. We shall provide a detailed description of the scope of the work and materials to be used for each project. All costs for work shall be agreed upon by both parties prior to work commencing.
Licensing
We shall maintain a valid Construction Supervisor's License ( #069133 ) which is required by law as well as a valid Home Improvment Contractor Registration ( #125619 )
Insurance
We shall keep in force insurance coverage for your protection including: worker's compensation, general liability, and commercial automobile policies.
Guarantee
All workmanship shall be guaranteed for a period of no less than five ( 5 ) years from the date of completion.
